About the Quantity Surveyor Company:
This national and well know construction consultancy who work within both the commercial and public sectors is currently looking to take on board an experienced Quantity Surveyor. They work on a range of projects within both the private and public sectors which include residential (private), commercial, retail, education and health projects.
About the Quantity Surveyor Opportunity:
They are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor who is chartered by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and has a range of build project experience. The Quantity Surveyor should have experience delivering a number of mix use, commercial, and residential projects.
As the successful Quantity Surveyor, you will be based from their London office and work in a large team so there is excellent prospects for career development.
Requirements for the Quantity Surveyor:
• Construction consultancy experience
• Quantity Surveyor Chartered by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors is an advantage
• Build project experience, preferably mix use, Resi or commercial experience
• Professional and client facing.
